Named Director of Manufacturing in 2020, John oversees the manufacturing process, monitoring workflow and assembly methods to drive process improvements. He also manages staffing, scheduling and training while ensuring that manufacturing performance, quality and safety goals are met. John works to provide a positive work environment that promotes safety, growth, and goal attainment in pursuit of on-time delivery and continuous improvement for Alliance customers.

Paul has been with Alliance for over 32 years. As the Senior Production Manager, Paul oversees all aspects of the Welding Department. Everyday he strives for a safe work environment, while putting out a high quality product.  Paul has built and continues to build a strong team under him to be able to reach production goals, and create the future leaders for Alliance.

Khalid oversees he daily efforts of the maintenance team, creating and implementing all aspects of the Planned Maintenance Program, schedules and preventative maintenance efforts. This relates to customer service through high standards (quality product), efficiency (equipment up time) and continuous improvement.

A 20-year military vet, Dwayne has over  15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.  Dwayne joined Alliance in 2020.  He has worked as a lean engineer and as a Regional HSE Manager in the industry.  Dwayne ensures the strategic planning, cost reduction, on time delivery, quality improvement, reduction of lead time, increase of throughput, and culture development.

Safety is our top core value one at Alliance Steel. Thomas Bruner ensures it remains that way. As HSE Manager, Thomas provides safety training for employees on policies, regulations, and procedures,; he conducts risk/hazard assessments, analyzes incident reports, and utilizes metrics and injury case studies in order to institute changes that lead to a safer environment. By creating a safer environment, Thomas improves company morale and productivity.

Jeff makes sure Alliance produces quality products in a safe and timely matter, focusing on equipment “up time.” The 22-year company veteran does this by maintaining the Equipment Shop, buying MRO supplies, running the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and following all guidelines for a safe work environment.

He is responsible for employee certification and product compliance according to structural code standards and licensing. By continuously improving the overall skill set of Alliance workers, Chad strives to increase the quality of the end product for all customers.

Javier applies the same core values of the company to the Sheets and Trim Department: ensure safety for all employees; deliver quality at the highest standards and reduce the cost of re-work; and increase production through reducing wasted motion, overtime, over production, wasted material and creating a 1X1 flow process.
