David Mitchell

Senior Estimator

As senior estimator, David manages and assigns projects on Alliance’s public bid list as well as quote various projects for the company. With a degree in Business Management, his background is in construction project management and estimating. He has been with Alliance for eight years.

Ryan Arthur Rhoton

Estimator

With a decade of construction industry experience, Ryan reads blueprints and specs and prices out metal buildings for Alliance. Being bilingual has added another layer to Ryan’s customer service capabilities in his first year at the company.
