Jennifer helps provide customers with the one-on-one personal service that Alliance is known for. Coordinating with other departments, she works directly with customers throughout the life cycle of a project, from contract creation to warranty execution. A 25-year industry professional, Jennifer has spent 18 of those years managing customer contracts for Alliance.
In her 18th year at Alliance, Denna assists internal and external customers in all aspects of contracts and warranties. More specifically, she reviews and edits new building contracts, prepares contract packages, tracks and processes required contract documents, receives and processes warranty requests, prepares warranty documents and tracks all aspects of weather tightness warranty inspections and requirements.
When it comes to details, Donnavon is your man. As Alliance’s contract contact, he processes new contracts and cancels out contracts, processes all change orders, ensures all paperwork is correct to invoice and to sign for each project, creates and processes invoices and manages enrollment for steel roof certification classes. A 22-year industry veteran, Donnavon’s attention to detail provides customer contracts, change orders and invoices are processed timely and accurately.

Rod knows the steel business, especially Alliance Steel inside and out. Now in his 31st year with the company, he has done everything from drafting to detailing to estimating to sales where he has built strong and lasting customer relationships that have spanned years. When you’ve done it all like Rod, you know the level of customer service that is expected, and more importantly how to deliver it. His sales area covers Northwest Arkansas, Western Kansas and Oklahoma.
