We’re excited to highlight our role in the Green Acres Nursery & Supply project in Melissa, TX. This 117,000 sq. ft. facility, completed in May 2024, is designed to support growth at every level—from the plants it nurtures to the customers it serves.
For the roofing, we supplied 24-gauge Alok-16 roof panels for the clearstory and side entrance, ensuring a sleek, durable finish. The 22-gauge B-deck roofing on the lower sections provides the strength needed to keep operations running smoothly day in and day out.

When Chicken N Pickle introduced Pickleball to Grapevine, TX, its goal was to create the best and most unique indoor-outdoor entertainment space in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. To achieve this, the new Chicken N Pickle featured a dynamic design to provide flow through the nearly 8,000 square foot multi-use facility.
To handle the initial construction challenges, Chicken N Pickle turned to Oklahoma City-based Alliance Steel to deliver the bones of the complex. With Alliance as a partner, Chicken N Pickle brought a pickleball palace to Grapevine, opening in 2022 that includes bars, pavilions, multiple dining areas, a rooftop bar and dining area, year-round pickleball courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, other lawn games and indoor-outdoor staging areas for private events for up to 2,000 guests.
This state-of-the-art grocery store, completed on November 8, 2023, exemplifies Alliance’s innovative designs and commitment to high-quality construction. From its custom pre-engineered frames and structural canopies to its visually striking entryway with HSS columns and curtain walls, every detail reflects our dedication to excellence.
This Safeway serves as a hub for the community, offering a full-service Starbucks, premium produce and meat departments, and convenient features like grocery delivery and ‘Drive Up and Go.’ The TPO roof, CMU shear walls, and seamless integration of rooftop enclosures highlight the modern design and functionality we deliver in our projects.

TopGolf Dallas features 74 hitting bays, nine batting cages, three 18-hole miniature golf courses and a patio and private event space to entertain the metroplex. For Alliance, TopGolf was a design build project that included close consultation with the architect and contractor to find a unique and cost-effective design solution.
