Product and Field Services Manager

Leslie got his first job in the industry when he was 16 years old. He came to Alliance in 2004 and now serves as Product and Field Services Manager where he coordinates all field services, including advising and problem solving for the erecting and installation of prefabricated components. He is a projects’ direct contact for plan reading, document interpretation, product scheduling and project completion while also consulting for site specific modifications and weather tightness.

With experience in drafting, detailing, component sales and field work, Todd assists customer challenges in the field, post-delivery, with Alliance’s superior brand of customer service. A 22-year industry professional, he has been with Alliance the last four.

The essence of Eddie’s job is to aid customers to ensure project goals are accomplished. He does that through verification of onsite materials and meeting unforeseen jobsite challenges to keep projects on schedule. New to Alliance, Eddie has over 11-years industry experience.

Keith Morgan

Product and Field Services Specialist / Warranty Inspector

Keith schedules daily inspections of all Alliance jobs with a Standing Seam warranty to ensure those buildings are constructed properly under warranty guidelines. A troubleshooter and consultant on jobsite issues, he often thinks outside the box to solve those issues in a cost-effective way for both the customer and the company. Keith is a 21-year veteran at Alliance.

Natasha is all about customer service and customer satisfaction, it’s her job.  She acts as customers’ in-house representative to assist and find solutions to post-delivery challenges quickly and efficiently. Natasha is in her second year at Alliance.
