McLaren of Houston

Completed in 2020, the 16,000 square foot McLaren dealership in Houston, TX features a beautiful showroom, customer seating area with McLaren color options display, sales offices, a configuration lounge, and a service shop. The project incorporates Alliance’s LT3.3 panel and ABT-32 wall panels in its design. We are committed – every single day – to exceeding the design and manufacturing needs of our clients. 1ThirtyOne Motorcars

The 50,000 SF building sits on a five-acre lot and will include a museum for a large collection of classic cars, a showroom, parts area, workshop, storage area and a wash bay.

Unique features include a full spray room with a dry ice pressure washer to clean delicate cars, 3 fully operational lifts and a 25 HP air compressor station with a built-in airline system. The showroom is 4,500 SF, the warehouse is over 30,000 SF and the restoration shop is over 10,000 SF.

The exterior features a mix of pre-finished metal paneling and brick and a clerestory that runs the length of the warehouse, allowing for plenty of natural light. The showroom is accented with a metallic epoxy floor and a rotating classic car on display.
