StarsCenter Multi-Sport

Farmers Branch, TX74,560 SF

Developed through a partnership between the City of Farmers Branch and the Dallas Stars, StarsCenter Multisport is a 74,560-square-foot indoor athletic facility designed to serve youth sports programs throughout North Texas. Home to Texas Advantage Volleyball and expected to accommodate more than 50,000 young athletes annually, the facility features basketball and volleyball courts designed to support a wide range of practices, competitions, and events.

Alliance Steel partnered with Lee Lewis Construction on the project, providing AS-24 roof panels and MBCI FW-120 wall panels. The building was engineered to accommodate the unique requirements of a multi-sport facility, including structural support for 16 basketball goal assemblies, four motorized divider curtains, and eight suspended scoreboards. These integrated features allow the facility to accommodate multiple activities while providing the flexibility needed for a variety of athletic programs.

The project received a 2026 TEXO Distinguished Building Award in the Design-Build 2 category, recognizing the work that went into bringing this new athletic facility to the Farmers Branch community.
