Located in Moore, OK, a new chapter in oilfield manufacturing is set to begin. Horn Equipment Co. envisioned a facility specifically designed for the manufacturing and remanufacturing of downhole pressure control equipment, and Alliance Steel, in collaboration with Omni Construction, made it happen.

Alliance Steel’s contribution to the 40,000-square-foot facility includes pre-engineered metal components and a crane beam tailored to Horn Equipment Co.’s specific needs. With four 15-ton bridge cranes and eight 2-ton jib cranes, the building is fully equipped for the demands of oilfield equipment production.

While we focused on the core construction elements, the facility also incorporates forward-thinking features such as a cutting-edge Water Recycling System. Moreover, the inclusion of the In-Situ Storm Tech and Advanced Drainage System (ADS) Stormwater Detention System underscores the commitment to harmonize industrial advancement with environmental considerations.

Set to be fully operational by October 1, 2023, this project embodies the dedication, precision, and ingenuity we bring to every endeavor.
